What is Phone Visibility option?

Phone Visibility is the very cool feature which allow you to transfer files from your phone to another’s phone.

Unfortunately I have seen this option only in the devices which is the device of Samsung. I haven’t seen it in oppo, vivo, Redmi and Realme. Therefore this is the plus point for Samsung users.

As you know, Indian Government have banned some apps. There are many file transferring apps are included in banned apps list. To do file transfer from one phone to another phone become little bit difficult. Because you don’t get satisfaction from third party apps.

Now a days Samsung has kicked this setting from their devices. But they have added the new feature which works same as Device Visibility. The name of that feature is Nearby Device Scanning.

How to On/Off Phone Visibility option?

If you have two Samsung devices, you don’t need to download third party app to send or receive data.

Step 1 – Open your device Setting.

Step 2 – Go to Connections >> Phone visibility.

Don’t worry if you are non Samsung users. I have a very good sharing feature for you –

Now you all set and your device is searching for nearby devices.

You need to keep turned on Bluetooth, Device Location and Wi-fi in both devices. By mistake you haven’t turned on any one of them, the sender device can’t find your device. Therefore make sure you have turned Bluetooth, Device location and Wi-fi in both devices.

Step 5 – Receiver device will get message on it’s notification bar click on it.

Step 6 – Now receiver device id will appear in sender device click on it.

Step 7 – In receiver device Accept the file sharing.

As you know Google have many their products over 100. The Google files is one of the best Google products. It is getting in use as file manager. In the mobile devices which are produced after 2020 there is inbuild Google files as the main file manager. We glad with the sharing option in it. It’s file sharing speed is unbelievable.
